 Welcome to the Happy Monk Baking Company!

Our loaves and baked goods are organic, wild-yeasted, slow fermented and baked in a wood-fired oven. We make the healthiest and the most delicious! It’s all about being passionate about bread and baking.

Bread days are on Fridays each week. Place your order before the end of Wednesday, then pick up your bread at one of three locations:

  • South Pender residents – pick up orders at Happy Monk headquarters – 9919 Southlands Drive, 9 – 11 am
  • Port Washington area residents – pick up at Corbett House, 12 pm onwards (unattended, honour box for cash payments)
  • Magic Lake and North Pender – pick up orders at the Medicine Beach shopping area, parking lot, 12 – 2 pm. We’re usually at the bulletin board near the entrance.

I am posting on the blog weekly, at the moment, mostly about my passion for bread and baking as well as launching the Happy Monk Baking Company.
