Open your tastebuds to this delicious Whole-Wheat and Flax Bread. Technically a whole-grain bread, this loaf has about 30 percent of the bran and germ sifted out to encourage a soft crumb, like bread flour with twice the flavour!

This loaf highlights the taste of B.C.-grown Red Fife Flour. You’ll notice a grassy, tea-like flavour and a creamy texture. And the flax seeds soaked a long while in water, are like a viscous elixir that lends a silkiness to the crumb. Sunflower seeds add a note of texture and flavour.  With little flash or pizazz, this is a good, honest bread that your tastebuds will be happy about.
